John Hornbuckle and Kyle Whieldon of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, SMIT International, in leasing 30,940 SF of office/industrial space at 15402 West Vantage Parkway in Houston, TX. Mike Nilsen with Tarantino Properties represented the Landlord, Intercontinental Partners, Ltd.

Denise Ksiazek of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Cole Health Incorporated, in the lease renewal of 7,479 SF of medical office space located at 19411 McKay Dr., Humble TX. Dr. Kris Bhat M.D. represented the Landlord, Northeast Professional Plaza.

Kyle Whieldon of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Berlin Heart, in leasing 1,800 SF of warehouse space at 2121 Golden Rd., Spring, TX. Bayou Properties Realty represented the Landlord, KRED Investments LLC.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Isaac White Agency, in leasing 1,500 SF of office space located at Heritage Place, 21123 Eva St, Montgomery, TX 77356. The Landlord, Heritage Place, Ltd., was represented by Barkley Dominey with ProMed Realty.
