George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Seller, ADT PLT LLC., in the sale of a 2,960 SF auto dealership building on a 25,483 SF lot, located at 12303 Chimney Rock, Houston TX. AJ Williams of NAI Partners represented the Buyer, Spark Partners LLC.

John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company and Ray Larson of Ray Larson Remax, represented McCoy, LLC., in the sale of 7.98 acres of land located at 28210 E Hardy St., Spring, TX 77373.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, The Rooster, in leasing 2,062 SF of restaurant space for a breakfast/brunch eatery at 7129 W Broadway, Pearland TX 77581. The Landlord, 2ML Real Estate Interests, Inc., was represented by Rusty Lily with CBRE.
