George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, ABG Resources, Inc. DBA Mycot Style, in the leasing of 6,442 SF of office/warehouse space at 25275 Budde Rd., Spring TX. Michael Blount of Panoptic Realty Group represented the Landlord, Lone Star C & L Investments LLC.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Landlord, Vista Woodlands Partners, LTD, in the leasing of 4,933 SF of flex-office space located at 8701 New Trails, The Woodlands TX. George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Hopkins Centrich Winkelman & Drucker PLLC.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company acted as intermediary between the Tenant, Farmers Insurance District Office, and the Landlord, Teas Capital Partners, LLC, in the leasing of 3,000 SF of office space located at 2912 W. Davis, Conroe, TX.

Patricia Chesser of Cypressbrook Company represented the Landlord, Woodmark Capital, LP, in the leasing of 1,181 SF office space at 1776 Woodstead Court, The Woodlands, TX. Nick Terry of Rifle Real Estate Company represented the Tenant, AJW Capital, Inc.
