George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Arco Iris Group, LLC., in the leasing of 3,500 SF of office/warehouse space at 3545 Omeara Dr., Houston TX. Sharon Amos represented the Landlord, Houston Hashem Properties LLC.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Mitchell Minerals, in the renewal of 2,169 SF of office space located at 2204 Timberloch Place, The Woodlands, TX. Lisa Hughes of the Beard Company represented the Landlord, Timberloch Inc.

Kimberly DeVos of Cypressbrook Company represented Covenant Chiropractic Clinic, in the leasing of 1,860 SF located at 11133 I-45 North in Conroe, Texas. The Landlord, CAL-River Station, LLC, was represented by Brandon Levinson with Interra Capital.
