John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, HTX Products LLC., in leasing of 25,200 SF of distribution space at 333 Northpark Central Dr. Jason Dillee and Nathan Wynne of CBRE represented the Landlord, Prologis.

George Montes of Cypressbrook Company Co-Brokered with Chuck Bower of RV3 Solutions, representing the Seller, Suburban Propane LP., in the sale of a 23,958 SF lot at 1522 South Texas Ave., Bryan TX. Jim Jones of SVN Riverstone CRE represented the Buyer’s David and Rebecca Borski.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Heightened Leaders, in the leasing of 2,750 SF of space located at 1780 Hughes Landing Boulevard, The Woodlands Texas. Jillian Fredericks of Colliers represented the Landlord, Three Hughes Landing, LLC.
