George Montes of Cypressbrook Company represented Tenant, Lone Star Downhole Products, LLC., in the leasing of 10,000 SF of warehouse space at 19615 Juergen Rd., Cypress TX 77433. Nick Bergmann and Cape Bell of CBRE represented the Landlord, Mesquite Realty & Investment Group LLC.

Andy Ayers of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Building Blocks Texas ABA, in the leasing of 3,318 SF of office space, located at 7630 Dowdell Rd. Tomball, TX 77375. The Landlord, The Offices on Dowdell, LLC., was represented by Mark Johnson of KW.

John Hornbuckle of Cypressbrook Company represented the Houston chapter of The National Christian Foundation, in the leasing of 2,942 SF of office space at 4545 Post Oak Place. Adam Ross of Stream Realty represented the Landlord, 4545 Investment Associates.

Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented Better Bookkeepers, Inc., in the lease expansion from 2,311 SF to 4,163 SF, located at 19221 I-45 South, Shenandoah TX. Terri Torregrossa of Moody Rambin Interests represented the Landlord, RP Southwood, L.P.
