Greg Usher of Cypressbrook Company represented the Tenant, Lassiter Industries, Inc., in their lease renewal of 9,079 SF of office/industrial space located at 321 Century Plaza Drive, Houston, TX 77073. Val Costello of Brummett and Company, represented the Landlord, 319 Century Plaza Associates, LTD.
