Amanda Cortinas currently serves as community manager for Ariza Corpus Christi, one of the newest developments in the Cypressbrook Multifamily Management portfolio. Starting as leasing consultant in 2006, Amanda has gained a considerable amount of experience over the years leading to her current position with CMM. Amanda moved to and conquered larger, more challenging markets such as Austin, San Antonio, and Houston in utilizing her combined expertise in leasing, operations, lease-ups, and property sales. Since her start with CMM in 2020, Amanda has accomplished record-breaking achievements at Ariza Corpus Christi with establishing a 99% occupancy rate within six months of the community’s opening. In her free time, Amanda values quality time with her family most, and has recently welcomed her first child, Olivia, this past summer. Amanda loves to travel, for both work and leisure, and enjoys baseball games, Dallas Cowboys football, and soaking up the sun on the third coast!
