The 316-unit project will be a Class A, three-story, garden-style apartment complex. It will include a Luxury Resort Style Pool, Fitness Center, Dog Park, and Resort Style Clubhouse as part of the amenity package. The property will include private yards and a mixture of breezeway and detached garages.
The project stabilized in early 2024 and was refinanced with a seven- year interest-only Fannie Loan. Being an Opportunity Zone project, it is expected to be owned for the long term.
